Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before shopping on www.belle.africa website or making use of Belle’s services.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website or any purchases from www.belle.africa. By purchasing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, your name, contact details and delivery address. These details will be used exclusively for our records and will never be released to a third party or used for any other purpose other than what you have allowed.
You further acknowledge and agree that Belle shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
No orders will be accepted telephonically, via personal messaging/mailing or via social media.
Orders are open for South African residents only. For international enquiries, please email email@example.com directly.
Goods purchased online is delivered door to door anywhere in South Africa. The delivery fee includes any and all areas in South Africa and is automatically included in the online payment port.
Please ensure to provide us with an accurate delivery address where you/someone will be available to sign for the collection of your order.
Orders are sent out on weekdays (Monday – Friday), except Public Holidays.
Orders that have been completed (accepted & paid for) by 12:00 on business days, will be eligible for next-business day delivery to major centres in SA. Alternatively, allow 2-3 days for delivery.
If your order is not received within 3 business days please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries.
Belle cannot be held responsible for any third party delays or issues.
By placing an order using the online ordering system, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each of our earrings have been hand-made using different materials, some of which are one of a kind. Therefore the photographed item colour and sizing may vary slightly from the actual item.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us within 24 hours via email on email@example.com.
We will happily refund items sent back to us within 7 days of purchase, provided that they have not been worn or damaged.
Please note that courier costs for returns or exchanges will be for your own account.
Should a pair of earrings arrive in a damaged condition, photographic proof must be provided immediately and the parcel sent back within 7 days, after which Belle will provide a full refund/exchange and cover the additional courier costs involved.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
